Other Info
After a huge launch for 2010 in April, TV Party returns with its monthly spot at Melt with some more massive indie acts for you to suck on.

We also film and interview each act and stick them on vimeo a few weeks later.

Wifey - these guys tore Cafe Lounge a new hole a few weeks ago and we are pumped about filming them with their entire band. The alt folk group have been building momentum along the indie channels for some time now. With one of our favourite Ep's out right now its the perfect time to snap shot these cats doing theit thing.

The Delta Riggs,- you probably know them from FBi and Triple J touting them left right and center right now. We asked them and they said yes, it made us feel real important. I mean like, what the? their roots in blues goes through a funnel of interpretation emerging as a chunky funk rock outfit set to stop air traffic in the southern hemisphere for a few weeks. maybe

Virgo Rising - Beautiful distortion? These kids vaporize each chord they strike with a passion akin to the more obscure manchester punks and post punks. Its dirty, dreamy and now. Now they are playing for you.

John Song and Pasqual black join our lineup as solo acts throughout the evening. Have you seen john song with his loop pedal and vocoder? dude is a freak. And he looks like they guys from Flaming Lips in about 4 photos. Pasqual Black brings her growing pretty country pop for a sexy slice of filmin.

After our killer 2010 launch in April we are more or less sure we are the best thing you could do all year, and the most forward thinking evening in town. With guest Djs Cunningpants and Lonewolf taking things into the early hours.

Entry is $10 at the door. Opens at 8pm.
